Ku Klux Klan

The Ku Klux Klan were an extremist group. They tortured and executed men who were black, homosexual, Jewish, catholic, in the broad daylight. state officials who were associated with this extremist group were generally elected and used as a card to escape from consequences. the acts of terror in their own country was a clear indication of a flawed belief. The part of the movie that saddens me the most was the innocent church- going girls who ultimately burned to death. Although it is safe to have your own beliefs it becomes another ordeal when deciding to act upon these extreme beliefs. The KKK is said to have started as a social gatherings but it grew into something horrible that words can not fully describe.
